The new exposure system is a benchmark for in vitro research with higher throughput. It offers up to 8 doses @ 6 replicates in the 24-well size.
The new system allows to expose a total of 48 inserts. Up to 8 doses can be applied, so 7 rows of 6 replicates may be exposed to different concentrations of the test aerosol and one row to clean air control. 6 replicates may result in 3 replicates using one cell type and 3 replicates using another cell type. The optional climatic chamber insures a condensation-free operation.
