
It has been a pleasure to reconnect with so many partners, friends, and users from all over the globe at the WC13 Rio – World Congress on Alternatives and Animal Use in the Life Sciences in Rio de Janeiro. The in vitro world is truly alive and constantly evolving with new and exciting iterations.
A key highlight for us has been the continued emphasis on human-relevant ALI exposure of lung, skin, and cornea cells. It’s clear that this remains a vital part of well-conducted studies and robust approval protocols. The discussions and presentations have been incredibly insightful, reinforcing the importance of these models in advancing our understanding and ensuring safety.
