Service packages are available as annual contracts with tiered support levels to match different laboratory requirements. 

• Silver Package (includes Basic support): additional services on demand (hourly-based billing)
• Gold Package: priority support with fastest response times (often same day), remote assistance + free software updates, annual onsite service visit, priority parts supply + 12% discount on cellQART Cell Culture Inserts
• GoldPlus Package (includes Gold Package): additional warranty extension
• PlatinumAR Package (includes GoldPlus): additional 1-year Microsoft HoloLens support (including hardware)

Training Options

Training is offered either remotely (via webcam or HoloLens) or onsite, depending on the product and customer requirements.
