Workshop 23 – 25 April, 2005 in Barcelona, Spain
In this Workshop data were shown that demonstrate the response of cultured non-tumorigenic human bronchial epithelial cells (BEAS-2B) exposed to air pollution particles that were similar to the response seen in humans following exposure to the same particles. A presentation of the work with the air-liquid interface were given to compare in-vitro and in-vivo methods.
