The connection of a VITROCELL® 24/48 system to a 30-port carousel smoking machine is shown. The exposure is to verify the cigarette smoke aerosol distribution, the utility of VITROCELL® crystal quartz microbalances and the amount of particles deposited per surface area. The results are shown in cell viability and WST-1 oxidation.
