The aim of this poster is to show the development of an in vitro model to exposure two different pollutants, a chemical pollutant (formaldehyde-FA) and a biological contaminant (Aspergillus fumigatus-Asp),were assessed in vitro on epithelial respiratory cells (A549).The results are shown in cellular viability (LDH assay), local inflammation, IL-8, MCP-1 and mRNA expression quantified by RT-PCR.
